Zen is an attitude towards life that we can develop through practice. One of the most fundamental practices is meditation. In fact, Zen means meditation in Japanese. Practising Zen means changing the lenses through which we see things within us and around us. As we get used to these new lenses, we find ourselves more relaxed, happier and more capable to deal with challenging situations that might arise in our life.
Zen is for everyone, regardless of your beliefs. My hope is to create an accessible platform where people can come and practice together. In this webpage you can find information about the courses and the online drop-in sessions I weekly run.
