Mindfulness Running in Cambridge at the Milton County Park
On Wednesday the 15th of April from 5.00 to 6.00 pm come and spend some time outdoor practising mindfulness running. The purpose of this afternoon event is to bring mindfulness to the beautiful activity of running. We will alternate some running with some walking and standing. It will not be fast running but rather a jog. The intent is to practice mindfulness to train our mind along with our body.
Meet at 5 pm — Milton County Park —- just at the gate after the toilets.
The event is open to beginners and/or advanced practitioners of mindfulness. Just come along with an open mind, the intention is simply to explore mindfulness whilst running and to enjoy some outdoor time.
