Would you prefer to do the 8-week course on a one-2-one basis?
The 8-week course is usually delivered in a group format, however, some students may find that a one-2-one context would work better. Perhaps, it is your location that restricts you somehow from attending a course in person, or maybe you find working in a group too challenging, or you may just feel that personal instruction would be more beneficial. The Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing course can be delivered one-2-one, either in person or via Zoom.
A one-2-one course will typically be conducted with one meeting, or Zoom call, per week, plus ongoing support via email.
