Would you prefer to do the 8-week course on a one-2-one basis?

The 8-week course is usually delivered in a group format, however, some students may find that a one-2-one context would work better. Perhaps, it is your location that restricts you somehow from attending a course in person, or maybe you find working in a group too challenging, or you may just feel that personal instruction would be more beneficial. The Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing and the Meditation and Mindfulness for Insight course can be delivered on a one-2-one basis, either in person or via Zoom conference call.
