Would you rather prefer to do one of the 2 course on a one-2-one basis?
The 8-week courses are usually delivered in a group format, however, some students may find that a one-2-one context would work better. Perhaps you find working in a group too challenging, or you may just feel that personal instruction would be more beneficial. The Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing and the Meditation and Mindfulness for Insight course can be delivered on a one-2-one basis, either in person or via Zoom conference call.
